Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide and we offer various shipping options to suit your needs.


Tracking vs. No Tracking (Canada only).

We ALWAYS recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking as this ensures we are able to know where the shipment is at all times.

If shipping within Canada, and selecting 'Regular Mail (No Tracking and No ETA)', please note that we will be unable to track your shipment or provide an ETA. In the event that you don't receive your order and it was shipped via Regular Mail we unfortunately cannot provide credit or a replacement. Without tracking, there is absolutely no way for us to know where your package is the second it is handed off to Canada Post. We offer this shipping method for those who are comfortable with the potential risk.


Will I be charged customs (if shipping outside Canada)?

It is possible that you will be charged customs and/or related fees related to shipping outside of Canada. These charges are not included in your order total and Mushy & Loca has no control over these fees or any way of knowing what they might be as they are specific to your country. Mushy & Loca is not responsible for these fees and/or any issues related to customs, including a lost or delayed shipment.

We are proudly located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada!


How long will my order take to ship?

We are a small business making hand made products and we do our best to ship out product as quickly as possible. We do our best to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

As per shipping time, this will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and does not include any potential delays that could arise due to the courier.


Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will be e-mailed tracking details that can be used on Canada Post's website to see the status of your order.

If shipping within Canada and selecting 'Regular Mail (No Tracking and No ETA)', there will unfortunately be no way to find out where your package is.


I selected expedited shipping, why haven't I received my package yet?

Packages are sometimes delayed by the couriers and other unforeseen events, this is unfortunately out of our control.
